Rooms aren't great. Are window was frozen shut, the fireplace turned on and off and wouldn't work and we had to call the front desk the next day to come fix it and after messing with it a bunch it worked better

If you’re looking for a nice comfortable sleep, this is NOT the place. The room upstairs was banging from 1am-3am so we were unable to sleep, staff didn’t do anything about it either. Also shower does not work.

Room was clean and quite bed was very comfortable slept good what I didn't like there was no chair and the shower water would go every where drain needed to be concaved instead of a flat surface , and the price was very reasonable lived it thank you

To provide further context, the individual at the front desk gave me false information. She assured me that I would receive a refund for my stay. However, it appears that she misrepresented the situation to Expedia by stating that I had indeed stayed at the hotel. Consequently, Expedia declined my refund request, even though I had not checked in or stayed at the hotel at all. This situation is entirely unacceptable, and I feel greatly deceived by this establishment. I sincerely hope others reconsider staying at this hotel.

My experience was terrible. The sheets were not changed. I always check the sheets before laying and I found hair on them and they place gave a very bad feeling. My husband and I went by our friends recommendation thinking it would be great...no no no no terrible. We didn't even check til afterwards that its a 2 star hotel

Rooms have all the great amenities that you're looking for like a hot tub fireplace big comfy bed internet TV but the room is a little cramped especially if you have gear and parking is almost a premium if you get there early otherwise your parking outside of view of your vehicle.
